Kubernetes Review
know exactly where you stand.

We review your existing clusters: security posture, architecture, day-2 readiness, and observability gaps. You get a clear written report with prioritised recommendations.

What we review

Six areas, one clear picture

We look at the things that typically cause problems in production: not just whether the cluster runs, but whether it's secure, observable, and maintainable.

Security posture

RBAC configuration, network policies, pod security standards, secrets management, and other security risks. We check for common misconfigurations that leave clusters exposed.

Architecture & design

Cluster topology, node groups, namespace structure, and multi-tenancy setup. We assess whether the design scales and whether workloads are correctly isolated.

Observability

Metrics, dashboards, alerting, and logging coverage. Can you see what's happening? Will you know when something breaks before your users do?

Day-2 readiness

Upgrade strategy, node maintenance procedures, certificate management, and incident response capability. Running a cluster is the easy part. We check if you're ready for what comes after.

Backup & recovery

Backup coverage, retention policy, and restore procedures. Do your backups actually work? Have they been tested?

Resource efficiency

Right-sizing, resource requests and limits, autoscaling configuration, and cost efficiency. Are you paying for capacity you're not using?

What you get

A clear report, within two weeks

We write up our findings in plain language: what we found, why it matters, and what to do about it. Findings are prioritised so you know what to fix first.

If the review surfaces things you'd like Guida to help fix, we can discuss that.

Written findings report

Full write-up of all findings, with context and severity, delivered as a PDF.

Prioritised recommendations

A ranked action list: what to fix immediately, what to plan for, and what's nice-to-have.

Walkthrough call

A remote or on-site session to walk through the report, answer questions, and discuss next steps.

Delivered within 2 weeks

From access to report, the full review takes no longer than two weeks.

Who it's for

You have a cluster. You want to be sure.

Growing teams

Your cluster started small. Your team has grown. Things were added over time and nobody's quite sure what the current security posture looks like.

Before a compliance review

Preparing for ISO 27001, or an internal security review? Know what your cluster looks like before the auditors do.

Taking over from another team

You've inherited a cluster you didn't build. You need an independent view of what's there before you own it.

Something feels off

Incidents, unexpected costs, slow deployments. Something isn't right but you can't pinpoint it. A fresh set of eyes often finds it quickly.

Before switching providers

Considering moving to managed Kubernetes? A review gives you a clear picture of your current setup and what a migration would involve.

Annual health check

Clusters drift over time. A periodic review catches what accumulates gradually: configuration debt, unused resources, outdated tooling.
